Job Description


Roles and Supporting Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef in specific sections as assigned.
  • Conducting stock-take of ingredients
  • Preparing and ensuring the sufficiency of mise en place
  • Preparing food & stocks for a particular meal period
  • Ensuring that food is prepared to the highest standards within the recipe guidelines.
  • Preparing station specific food dishes
  • Ensuring that there is no cross-contamination of foods.
  • Responsible for cleaning the kitchen after a service period.
  • Report any defects in machinery and equipment to the Chef

Job Requirements
  • At least 1- 2 years of related working experience.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Keen for opportunities to learn to be multi-skilled and trained.
  • Able to commit 6-days work week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Location \xe2\x80\x93 Sentosa (RWS) & Changi Business Park
