:
1. To assist Head Chef and oversee all day to day kitchen operations and food prepartions, ensuring that restaurant run smoothly.
2. To work hand in hand with all restaurant staff, ensuring compliance with food health and safety regulations.
3. Providing guests with consistently high-quality dining experience, and assist Head Chef to develop strategies on how to improve them.
4. Ability and willingness to learn alongside Head Chef on food preparation methods.
