Follow recipes to produce the desired number of chocolate products.
Follow recipes to pipe and fill bon bons.
Assist in the quality checking of chocolate products.
Support Retail Operations
Assist in the opening of the kitchen.
Execute daily operational tasks in accordance to staff roster.
Maintain records of inventory and supplies.
Follow crisis response and recovery activities in accordance with business continuity policies.
Assist in the clean up and packing up of the kitchen at the end of service.
