Job Description


We are Fleurette, a small restaurant with a 14 seat counter serving modern multi-course chef's menu, located at Rangoon Road.

You will be able to work directly under a caring chef who is happy to pass on the skills he picked up working in key positions in various Michelin starred restauarants across Paris, Switzerland and Tokyo.


We are looking for commited individuals who take pride in their work and takes pride in seeing the restaurant succeed. We would want to build a lasting working relationship with you, and we promise we will invest all the time, money and effort necesssary grooming the right canditates. There is potential to quickly move up the ranks and head your own restaurant concept as we expand in the future.

We need:
  • A passion for fine-dining.
  • Motivation and drive
  • Be able to perform basic table service
  • Must have prior kitchen experience
  • The desire to push yourself to learn new techniques
  • Good listening ability
  • Ability to break down (fillet,flay,debone) fish is a huge bonus
