:Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Develop and implement a detailed commissioning plan, outlining all activities, timelines, resources, and testing procedures required for the data center systems (MEP, IT, fire protection, etc.).\xc2\xb7 Lead and coordinate commissioning teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring all systems are tested, verified, and fully functional according to design specifications.\xc2\xb7 Oversee the testing, inspection, and verification of all critical systems, including HVAC, electrical, IT infrastructure, power distribution, and other building systems, ensuring they meet performance criteria.\xc2\xb7 Identify any system deficiencies or operational issues during commissioning and work with relevant teams to resolve them promptly, ensuring systems meet the required standards.\xc2\xb7 Maintain detailed commissioning documentation, including test reports, issue logs, and progress reports, ensuring accurate records of all activities for client handover.\xc2\xb7 Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure that commissioning requirements are incorporated into the final design and installation phases, addressing any discrepancies or modifications required.\xc2\xb7 Act as the main point of contact for the client during the commissioning phase, providing regular updates on testing progress, system performance, and any issues. Oversee the final handover process to ensure all systems are fully functional.\xc2\xb7 Ensure all commissioning activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and client specifications, and that systems meet all safety and operational requirements.\xc2\xb7 Identify potential risks or delays in the commissioning process and implement corrective actions to mitigate these risks, ensuring the project stays on track for timely completion.\xc2\xb7 Provide training to the client\xe2\x80\x99s operations team, ensuring they understand how to operate and maintain the data centre\xe2\x80\x99s systems after handover.RequirementsRequirements:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications related to commissioning (e.g., CxA, LEED, or equivalent) are an advantage.\xc2\xb7 Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in commissioning, with a strong background in large-scale projects such as data centers, commercial buildings, or industrial facilities.\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, including system testing, validation, and troubleshooting for MEP, IT, and building management systems (BMS).\xc2\xb7 Proven leadership abilities to manage commissioning teams, coordinate with contractors, and effectively communicate with stakeholders.
