Job Description

$15K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities

• More than ten years of experience in the fertilizer and related industries, familiar with the current status and trends of the global fertilizer industry, and maintain good relationships with major international and domestic fertilizer producers, traders, and distributors.
• More than ten years of experience in fertilizer trading, primarily involved in the import, export, and re-export of fertilizers and related raw materials such as Sulphur and Phosphate rock. Developed stable supply and sales channels in both international and domestic markets, possessing extensive international trade and risk management experience.
• Experience in managing overseas offices and companies of state-owned enterprises, with rich experience in leading teams and the ability to explore and maintain markets.
• Formulate and implement business development, marketing and sales strategies that can generate new business opportunities.
• Assist in business negotiations.
• Develop and monitor overseas subsidiaries, and other business development.
• Deliver consistently against sales targets, prioritizing and delivering business opportunities in line with overall company goals.
• Drive deals from inception to close, perform market analysis, support deal negotiations and coordinate across all departments to finalize transaction agreements.

Requirements

• \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Chemistry/Business/Logistics or any related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
