a) Generate content and engagement via media coverage and update of website, newsletter, collaterals and all social media platforms. b) Volunteer management: interview, recruit, train and organize volunteers and to maintain volunteer database. c) Community engagement: identify and secure community partners to collaborate and organize outreach events through a variety of channels including but not limited to offline activities. d) Fundraising: devise and implement strategies to engage sponsors and donors, taking care to match their needs to programme and activity planning. e) Prepare monthly communication plans and reports for both the Executive Director or equivalent and the Board. f) Provide secretariat and office support.
