Coordinate regularly with stakeholders and colleagues to strategize, develop and deliver effective Healthcare AI communications to the cluster and public.
Manage the AI communication rhythm of the department, including messaging, reporting, and measurement.
Develop and deliver effective communications by being versatile in writing and creating multimedia contents (press release, media post, infographics, podcasts, multimedia content, etc.)
Develop the AI in healthcare communications strategy to drive our AI narrative to our audiences.
Grow and tap on a diverse network of media contacts (traditional, new, technical, scientific, healthcare and more) to increase visibility.
Provide communications guidance and consultancy to internal stakeholders and colleagues.
Manage reactive media enquiries and maintain a pulse on the ever-evolving healthcare AI landscape to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
Perform secondary non-core duties to grow the organisation (not limiting to internship supervision, administrative work, and more)
Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Marketing, Strategic Communications, Graphic Design, Computer Science (User Experience), Engineering, or related field.
Required Experience and Skills:
At least 3-5 years of experience in Communications role for AI and Tech, preferably in the healthcare space.
A strong portfolio showcasing previous communications work and thought leadership in developing and driving communication strategies.
Experience in the tech industry, particularly in AI or machine learning projects, would be critical.
Experience in the healthcare domain would be preferred, but not mandatory.
Proficiency in multimedia design and development tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent
Possess a strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, enabling effective design and communications within an AI context.
Ability to work with large amounts of data and present it in a way that is easy for users to understand.
Aware of ethical considerations in AI, such as algorithmic bias and data privacy issues, ensuring designs adhere to ethical standards.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work in a cross-functional landscape with various stakeholders, including IT, clinical and administrative folks
