Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with clients\' business goals.
• Offer strategic guidance and mentorship to ensure effective implementation by the team.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to contribute to the overall business strategy, managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Comprehend clients\' business objectives and create programs, pitches, plans, and strategy decks in alignment.
• Manage reputational risks and uphold agency integrity during challenging situations.
• Cultivate and sustain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Tailor PR campaigns based on a deep understanding of clients\' industries, goals, and challenges.
• Ensure client satisfaction and retention through consistent communication and results delivery.
• Lead media/influencer relations efforts, fostering connections with top-tier outlets and influencers.
• Supervise content development, including pitches, press releases, and thought leadership articles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of PR with other business functions.
• Provide leadership to the PR team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Manage operational aspects, ensuring efficient workflows, processes, budgeting, resource allocation, and project timelines to meet client expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years\' experience.
• Experience with strategic PR planning, crisis management, team leadership, and impactful campaign development.
