We are looking for a Communications Manager to join our team and play a key role in building and driving TAF\xe2\x80\x99s communications with the art community and members of the public who are keen to experience art. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for the arts, exceptional communications and project management skills, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our audiences.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Develop master narrative and key messages for TAF.
- Create and implement integrated communications strategies to build TAF\xe2\x80\x99s presence and promote its programmes, events, and initiatives.
- Create content for TAF\xe2\x80\x99s platforms including the website, social media, newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Project manage and promote events including workshops, symposiums, and exhibitions.
- Build media relationships with traditional and online media and influencers; and manage its social media presence.
- Manage TAF\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity and ensure all communications are aligned with TAF\xe2\x80\x99s mission and values.Requirements:Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications/public relations in the arts industry or related industry is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in content development; solid media relationships; effective project management skills.
- Personal Traits: Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
