About the team
We are looking for a creative, motivated and experienced Communications Manager to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for the overall corporate communication and brand marketing efforts for Lenskart Singapore. This role will be based in Singapore reporting to the General Manager of Marketing.
What your responsibilities will be
Marketing & Consumer Communications:
Promote the Lenskart brand in Singapore and new markets by translating our Mission, Product DNA, Brand Vision & Business Strategy into press activities
Collaborate with marketing teams to align corporate communication efforts with overall brand marketing strategies
Propose and plan corporate and consumer PR plans and KPI\'s to sustain the brand
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and regional media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team
Press kit, KOL & media loans management
Manage local event to execute media / PR activities
Corporate Communications:
Lead the development and execution of comprehensive corporate communication strategies to enhance the company\'s reputation and visibility within the industry.
Create compelling content, including press releases, articles, and thought leadership pieces, to communicate the company\'s initiatives, achievements, and contributions to the retail, fashion and technology sector
Crisis Management:
Develop and implement crisis communication plans, addressing any potential issues that may impact the company\'s reputation.
Who we are looking for
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Mass Communications, Business or related disciplines
5-8 years of Communications experience in a fashion, retail, or agency environment
Strong fashion and market sense with commercial acumen
Proficient in developing, executing, and measuring communication strategies
Well organized, works autonomously with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Good team player with a strong sense of responsibility
Experience in Singapore market is a must
Preferred Qualification
experience and exposure within the Southeast Asia is a plus
