Communications & Marketing Manager AsiaSingaporeOur Communications and Marketing (C&M) function drives a high level of market visibility for our expertise, products, services, innovation and thought leadership, especially among brokers and the industries we serve. We build and protect AXA XL\xe2\x80\x99s market and internal reputation by proactively shaping and executing an Integrated Communications and Marketing Strategy, in close alignment with the company strategy and business goals. We deliver our messages across different channels, using different digital tools.DISCOVER your opportunityWhat will your essential responsibilities include?As Communications & Marketing Manager, Asia you will be part of a small dedicated regional team as well as a strongly connected global team. Acting as an internal adviser, you will work closely with senior Business Leaders in the region to develop the Communications and Marketing plan and then prioritize, plan and execute marketing & communication activities for specific businesses in support of their objectives.Based in Singapore, you will deliver the plan by working closely together with our Regional Communications and Marketing Director, APAC and with other members of the C&M team across the world, aligning our Communications and Marketing capabilities behind specific activities and our growth ambition in Asia.What will your essential responsibilities include?\xc2\xb7 Work with individual leaders to develop communications and marketing plans for various lines of business, countries and/or the region as a whole, These plans should encompass clear and achievable prioritie aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving business growth in the Asia region, with particular focus on Singapore and Hong Kong, as well as other key Asian markets.\xc2\xb7 Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing materials, including digital and social media content, advertising as well as sales collateral, to effectively promote our products and servies in alignment with the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand positioning.\xc2\xb7 Actively contribute to the Asia growth strategy and key business inititaives, such as energy transition, global clients, cyber and specialty.\xc2\xb7 Plan and execute industry sponsorships, presence at industry conferences and own events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful and impactful participation.\xc2\xb7 Enhance senior regional leadership market visibility using tactics such as press releases, media interviews, speeches and presentations \xe2\x80\x93 making sure messages are accurate and timely \xe2\x80\x93 incorporating global and regional messaging as well.\xc2\xb7 Coordinate, review and publish materials that showcase AXA XL expertise on \xe2\x80\x98own\xe2\x80\x99 platforms like Fast Fast Forward as well as other trade and industry vehicles and media, including social media, as appropriate. Serve as point of contact for media, liaising closely with management.\xc2\xb7 Assist in developing internal local communications tactics to contribute to colleague engagement and make sure colleagues are informed of business developments, opportunities, updates. Tactics include monthly newsletters, blog posts, intranet, support of Town halls, internal messages.\xc2\xb7 Manage and nurture relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to maximize the company\'s presence and visibility in the region.\xc2\xb7 Effectively manage your project portfolio and budget, prioritizing critical deliverables.\xc2\xb7 Tracking marketing metrics contributing to reports on communications & marketing effectiveness.\xc2\xb7 Be an integral member of the Singapore Executive Team.\xc2\xb7 Effectively represent the C&M function at internal business meetings and external industry events.\xc2\xb7 Identify opportunities and develop avenues to support cross-selling initiatives.In this role, you will report to the Regional Communications and Marketing Director, APAC, and CEO, Singapore.QualificationsSHARE your talentWe\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has these abilities and skills:\xc2\xb7 University degree, preferably a BA in Marketing or Communications, or MBA.\xc2\xb7 At least eight years\xe2\x80\x99 broad experience in commercial and/or B2B marketing, working across disciplines including events mangements, marketing, advertising as well as some communications experience including social media and internal communications.\xc2\xb7 Preferred experience in Insurance of Financial Services industry.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and effectively act as an adviser at management level, with excellent written and oral communication abilities, including presentation skills.\xc2\xb7 Strong ability to plan, prioritize, monitor and collaborate, and to execute time-critical tasks effectively across different projects running in parallel.\xc2\xb7 Ability to \xe2\x80\x9cconnect the dots\xe2\x80\x9d and maximize marketing and communication impact with creative ideas executed across different channels.\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate constructively with internal colleagues and external resources, to bring together all aspects necessary for project completion, without direct authority over all resources.\xc2\xb7 Ability to manage projects and work in a culturally diverse environment.\xc2\xb7 Ability to build effective working relationships (internally/externally), establishing credibility amongst a wide and demanding client group.\xc2\xb7 Proven ability in identifying and analysing problems, creating good solutions, deploying sound decision making skills.\xc2\xb7 Proven track record of knowing what it takes to provide a consistently first class customer service internally and/or externally.\xc2\xb7 Demonstrable evidence of interpreting & manipulating data clearly and accurately with the ability to extract & clearly articulate key points.\xc2\xb7 Excellent writing skills, ability to develop and present ideas and reasoned arguments clearly and concisely to various audiences.\xc2\xb7 Organised, precise and methodical ensuring that relevant detail is not overlooked.\xc2\xb7 Comfortable taking ownership for own work, identifying the need for action (using initiative) whilst working effectively within a team.\xc2\xb7 Displays a resilient and adaptable style, track record of remaining calm in demanding circumstances, adjusting comfortably to changing conditions / priorities.\xc2\xb7 The role would suit highly driven self-starters, with a strong desire to challenge and deliver.\xc2\xb7 Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.FIND your futureAXA XL, the P&C and specialty risk division of AXA, is known for solving complex risks.
