The APAC Marketing team is seeking an ambitious and dynamic Marketing Manager to own our customer community in Asia.

The Customer Marketer will be responsible for planning and executing marketing programs to drive customer engagement in our core markets, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Philippines. This role will work closely with the customer success team and both the local and central marketing teams to support retention and revenue growth goals. Core to this role will be establishing a local advocacy program, activating product launches, and introducing new and innovative ideas on how we engage our customers. In addition to defining your own scope of work, you\'ll be working within a highly collaborative team on joint initiatives including customer and prospect events.

In this role you\'ll get to:

  • Establish and grow a local advocacy program for power users and top-tier brands, developing deep relationships with key customers
  • Drive customer engagement and retention by helping customers connect with their account managers
  • Support revenue goals by educating customers on new product launches, ensuring they are equipped to leverage the latest features, and developing programs that drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Create and maintain regional case studies to showcase customer success stories
  • Collaborate with the central customer marketing team to identify global programs that could be leveraged in-region
  • Maintain relationships with central customer marketing team to identify
  • Champion and advocate for customers in central programs including social campaigns and beta programs
  • Support and have input on regional events where customers are one of the target audiences
We are looking for people who:
  • Passionate about helping customers grow and excited to own this segment in region
  • Approximately 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a customer marketing role or within the technology industry
  • Has experience planning and executing marketing plays including webinars and events, email marketing, advocacy plays, setting clear goals, driving the initiative to success and measuring the results
  • A team player. The APAC team is highly collaborative - you contribute with your ideas and collaborate on regional projects, but are equally comfortable working autonomously on your own scope of work
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories that resonate with customers and prospects
  • A critical thinker. You make decisions based on potential business impact and are able to make reasoned judgments that are logical and well-thought-out
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM platforms is a plus
