Job Description


Key Accountabilities

  • Identify an effective path to market with solutions and Go-To-Market (GTM) activities with the open source ecosystem-building strategies in the region.
  • Build a solutions portfolio aligned with market opportunities and defines roadmap to evolve to multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Alicloud etc).
  • Experience and success in delivering innovation projects, solutioning, and executing strategy and digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Contribute to the regional pipeline build up and business development optimization. Leads reviews of business pipeline, top deals, and consumption targets.
  • Help strategic clients to transform and grow business in the cloud by developing comprehensive Partner Business Plans for a portfolio of partners to identify short and long-term strategic goals and tactical execution.
  • Help overseas customers and partners land their product and solution in Southeast Asia Region with TiDB platform.
  • Builds, maintains and owns a trusted-advisor relationship with complex partners to achieve strategic alignment and drive growth. Ensure the close alignment between different stake holders on the priorities, strategies, and goals to build mutually beneficial account plans.
  • Drive continuous portfolio optimization of partners’ performance as measured by revenue, pipeline, consumption, usage and partner impact.
  • Develop strategic content that will allow better positioning of our partnership internally and externally.
Qualifications
  • 15+ years partnership management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the Database industry.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Operations or technical related field AND 8+ years partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the Database technology industry.
  • Entrepreneurial and nimble. Able and willing to iterate and move forward swiftly; comfortable navigating an evolving technological Entrepreneurship experiences will be a plus.
  • landscape that demands dynamic assessment and decision making.
  • Experiences with start from scratch in open source community or ecosystem development, proved record of successful handling outbound clients and partners from Fintech, logistics, retails related industries will be a plus.
