What the role is
You will be part of the Human Resource Division (HRD) in the Professional and Corporate Development Group (PCDG). As trusted adviser and strategic partner to line divisions in HR matters, we strive for MSF to be an “employer of choice” to fulfil our mission of building a society that is cohesive and resilient.
What you will be working on
Reporting to the Senior Assistant Director, you will be part of the Human Resource Division. We are looking for capable and dynamic individuals to join our Organisational and Capability Development team in the Human Resource Division. As Executive, Learning and Leadership Development, your key responsibilities include:
• Manage end-to-end processes for internships from hiring, onboarding, allowances and exit.
• Manage undergraduate scholarship schemes to support the organisation’s effort in strengthening the talent pipeline
• Plan and support undergraduate scholarship outreach activities to strengthen our employer branding
• Manage training administration and reporting to support staff development
What we are looking for
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of applications, especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in public service will be added advantage
• Communication and stakeholder’s engagement
• Highly driven, self-starter and good team player
