The officer will assist the Assistant Director of Community Development team in the Communications & Partnership (C&P) division to strengthen SG Enable's community and donor engagement efforts. This includes:
Overseeing the administration of the Goh Chok Tong Enable Fund (GCTEF) and its signature initiative, the Goh Chok Tong Enable Awards (GCTEA);
Supporting fundraising and partnership development for GCTEF; and
Providing organisation-wide support in donor stewardship and related areas of expertise to enhance SG Enable's overall fundraising and engagement efforts.
As part of the C&P Division, the officer will also contribute to initiatives that promote SG Enable, GCTEF and their associated programmes, services and facilities, and help build relationships with strategic partners.
Duties and Responsibilities
Goh Chok Tong Enable Fund
Manage and administer the Fund, including liaising with touchpoints, processing of applications, following up on the outcomes, filing and updating of the database.
Evaluate impact and effectiveness of projects undertaken, and track key performance indicators.
Secretariat to the Fund Administration Council.
Support fundraising initiatives and manage related fundraising events
Goh Chok Tong Enable Awards
Manage and administer the Awards including the preparation to call for nominations and evaluation.
Organise the Goh Chok Tong Enable Awards ceremony, including coordination with award winners, ESM Office and Guest-of-Honour arrangements.
Donor Management and Engagement
Drive donor management strategies and implement donor engagement plants to manage donations, gifts, funding agreements, and reporting to meet donor obligations.
Collaborate with SG Enable divisions on donor-related projects as discussed and agreed with by Director C&P to support outreach to potential donors.
Other Areas of Work
Any other duties as identified by reporting officer for organisation's needs or professional development and growth.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
Qualifications and Experience
At least
5 to 8 years of relevant experience
in donor management, fundraising, community engagement, corporate partnerships, or event management.
Experience in
grant or fund administration
, including evaluation, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, will be an advantage.
Prior experience in the
non-profit or public sector
is preferred.
