Job Description
This is a contract position attached to a Community Club. Location: Yishun areaDuration: 01 yearJob ScopeScope of Work:
-Engagement and database management-Program coordination-Family participation: Motivate and ensure that families within rental blocks actively participate in
community programmes and initiatives.-Serve as main Point of Contact for rental block matters-Promote and disseminate relevant government policies, schemes, and subsidies to eligible families-Care planning and case management-Case reviews and Multi-Agency collaboration-Highlight extenuating casesRequirements-Diploma or Degree.-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.-Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
-Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
