We are a team of 400 builders from 17 countries, with offices in Singapore, Philippines, India, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Australia and the UK committed to delivering a delightful experience to our clients!

Reporting directly into the Head of Brand, you will be responsible for building and growing the Sleek community across our markets. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to do something great and have a meaningful impact on your career.

Position Duties:

• Build and lead the community strategy for Sleek to grow brand love and advocacy
• Build and grow Sleek\xe2\x80\x99s community online and offline
• Conceptualise and lead Sleek offline events
• Nurture community relationships, and build the Sleek value proposition among them
• Plan and execute community initiatives and programs
• Deliver business goals associated with our community initiatives
• Build the community playbook for all countries that Sleek operates in
• Manage and grow our social presence across platforms

Requirements

Performance Standards

• Experience - ~5 years in a similar role in a startup environment
• Previous community building experience is highly desirable
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, collaborative partner to the business.
• Deep passion for social media, stay abreast of new developments and opportunities in the industry, and be a strategic thinker.
• Should be familiar with marketing automation
• Takes initiative and a creative but a data-driven approach to work.
• Location - Singapore
• Full-time
