The Role

We seek a sociable, optimistic, detailed, and dedicated person to ensure that our Workplace Community is running effectively on a day-to-day basis. This includes: \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring peak operations for the Workplace Community \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinating internal and external resources \xe2\x80\xa2 Cultivating relationships with vendors \xe2\x80\xa2 Implementing policies and procedures and \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the planning of and managing all aspects of our events

Key accountabilities

• Oversee staff/ visitors to the workplace and ensure a friendly and warm experience
• Ensure workplace efficiency by maintaining common areas, organising procedures, conducting site tours, handling correspondences and enquiries, and accurately tracking the supplies inventory and expenses of the workplace
• Organise events for patients and staff; manage the whole process from the planning stage, right through to running the event and carrying out the post-event evaluation. The role is primarily hands-on and often involves working as part of a team
• Solicit feedback and work on improvement initiatives for workplace environment
• Provide direct administrative support as required, including scheduling appointments and meetings; ordering supplies for the Workplace Community; updating contacts database and employee lists, etc
• Undertake any additional tasks/projects as assigned by superiors

• With at least a Diploma, preferably in Hospitality in Business
• Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 prior experience in a multinational hotel or hospitality environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Able to respond and resolve issues at hand
• Proactive approach in service provision
• Well-groomed and self-confident
