We seek motivated and experienced content and community professionals to join our growing team in a challenging and fast-paced startup environment. You will be part of a team bringing together Asia\xe2\x80\x99s most prominent thought leaders, founders, investors, and creators to form our community and work with us to build and maintain a thriving and engaged community experience for them.

The Day to Day Activities:
  • Formulate and refine co-creation strategy to ladder up to the successful formation of a Social Venture Studio with ARC\xe2\x80\x99s co-founder and management team, to see through from end-to-end, ideation to execution to output.
  • Organise and structure sub-communities with the goal of fostering co-creation and to kick start the first co-created project that is ARC-led.
  • End-to-end project management to guide ARC sub-communities to the end goal of being self-sustainable, with clear project roadmaps.
  • Double up as an advisor and connector for the sub-communities to lead them toward the completion of co-creation projects.
  • Project manage co-creation workstreams and contributors\' engagement.
  • Lead the execution of the co-creation strategy by the contributors in the sub-communities to ensure they tie back closely to ARC Community\xe2\x80\x99s vision and mission.
The must Haves:
  • 6 to 10 years of strategic planning and complex project management with multiple parallel timelines and contingencies.
  • Experience in mapping out business or community strategies using strategic frameworks and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing and guiding volunteers or contributors is a plus.
  • Diploma or degree in business, communications, marketing or hospitality management related fields.
  • Web3 native with proven experience in crypto/NFT project campaign management and/or community building is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of blockchain/crypto/NFT terminology and landscape.
