Job Description

Position: Community Manager (Employee Experience & Engagement)

We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team. The candidate should be digitally proficient, a regular user of social media, and possessing strong event management skills. He/she should also have exceptional oral and written communication skills and is adapt at telling a good story. Most important, he/she should be a "people person" with great relationship-building skills and the ability to moderate in-person and/or online conversations.

  • Showcase the talent, diversity, community engagement and achievements of our company and employees in various internal and social media platforms.
  • Conduct regular group or
with employees to make personal, authentic connections. * Support the business to organize and participate in events to build community and boost internal brand awareness.
  • Support the business and stakeholders in coordinating strategic direction in driving the marketing and communications to internal and external stakeholders in the areas but not limited to change management and change communication.
  • The candidate will support the overall business direction aligned with personnel and business requirements for APAC in partnership with various stakeholders in the areas of marketing and communication effort.
  • Communication
  • Plan, execute and review communication events such as Kick-offs and Townhalls.
  • Produce and share business/employee/customers related content on video or other medium to create buzz and meaningful interactions among employees, customers and stakeholders
  • Share regular news about company and staff through communication vehicles such as newsletters and social media posts.
  • Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with staff satisfaction and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders and align with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
  • Recognition and Appreciation
  • Drive and coordinate Staff awards and appreciation activities for internal and external clients.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of stakeholder programs to achieve desired engagement outcomes.
  • Feedback
  • Participate in programs and process improvement related to community engagement. This includes but not limited to staff surveys and related research to identify potential and critical areas to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Provide valuable insights to the business and management into employee motivations and concerns through surveys or through other channels.
Degree in Marketing or relevant field

Excellent interpersonal relationship management skills

Strong oral and written command of the English language, and able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven track record in launching community-building initiatives (e.g. online forum, ambassador program, event series)

Familiarity with creating marketing assets such as videos, EDMs, slides, newsletter

Hands-on experience with digital tools and social media utilisation for branding purpose

Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Adaptable to change and be willing to learn

Ability to work independently and exercise appropriate judgment and workload prioritization

Ability to identify and track relevant engagement metrics (e.g. web traffic, attendance)

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheet and other modern office software
