Description

  • In-charge of daily on-site operations and work closely with Operations and Leasing team pertaining to building management and operational matters
  • Attend to residents\' queries and request promptly and ensure day to day operations are well executed and above standards
  • Oversee cleaning and maintenance tasks assigned to vendors for new and operating properties and ensuring standards are met
  • Learn and oversee buildings to ensure compliance of Fire & Life Safety
  • Proactive with ideas on how to improve overall operations workflow, improve residents\' experience and services
  • Review feedback of customer satisfaction and ensure Zendesk tickets from residents\' are answered adequately and promptly
Requirements
  • 5-day work week (must be able to work on weekends/public holidays)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytic and good problem solver
  • Team player and able to multitask
  • Candidates with retail/hospitality/ front-line customer service experience will be an added advantage
