About The Role We are looking for a digital savvy Community Associate to take control of our online voice and build brand awareness and loyalty. The Community Associate will be responsible for aligning company communications, PR, social media and marketing content to create a strong brand identity. More importantly, He/ she will also be assisting in creating and executing exciting events centred at building strong communities and meaningful programmes. ABOUT YOU Enthusiasm for the weird and wonderful with a \xe2\x80\x9c can-do \xe2\x80\x9c spirit A passion for social media, an imaginative writer with an eye for detail An in person outgoing personality in person but online as well Interest in arts and culture lifestyle An adaptor to change Key responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Assisting with creation and execution of community programmes and events \xc2\xb7 Liaising with vendors, partners and stakeholders for events and programmes \xc2\xb7 Assist in developing a content plan by creating engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts, newsletters and videos \xc2\xb7 Interact with community members and online community and respond to comments and requests \xc2\xb7 Running and analysing web traffic, social media and relevant community metrics \xc2\xb7 Assist with liaison with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation \xc2\xb7 Foster and strengthen new relationships with key influencers within community \xc2\xb7 Always up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry Secondary Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Assist community team with FOH duties \xc2\xb7 Welcoming patrons to The Co. \xc2\xb7 Representing current programs and upcoming events \xc2\xb7 Responding to ( and directing) exciting ideas and enquiries \xc2\xb7 Connecting partners and members to enhance networks and events Skills and Experience \xc2\xb7 A degree in communication, English, journalism, marketing or related field may be required \xc2\xb7 Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and Tik Tok is essential \xc2\xb7 Experience in managing event logistics and partners \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Google Analytics \xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of marketing trends and techniques \xc2\xb7 Experience with Adobe InDesign \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Hubspot or similar programs to manage online postings on different platforms Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $3,000.00 - $3,700.00 per month Benefits:
