Oversee Fundraising and Community Partnership to ensure sustainability of resources and community support. . Ensure annual fundraising target is achieved and full compliance with statutory requirements . Cultivate stakeholder relationships . Perform annual review of departmental policies . Develop fundraising strategies, plan and implement fundraising and community outreach events 2) Marketing and Communications Oversee Marketing, Communications to build awareness, understanding and garner support for the cause. . Develop communications and branding strategies . Oversee the editorial and production of corporate publications and collaterals and content on social media platforms . Oversee the preparation of media releases, speeches and key messages . Develop and maintain a strong relationship with media agencies . Promote community involvement and support for the cause 3) Donors, Volunteers Management Oversee Donor, Volunteer Management to build a team of volunteers. . Fulfill the volunteering needs of the different programmes . Plan and implement volunteer recruitment, training, evaluation and retention . Promote volunteering opportunities for corporates and individuals Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: . Skills set: Excellent writing and communication skills, stakeholder relations, volunteer management, fundraising, marketing communications . Excellent organizational and time management skills Core Competencies: . Background in partnerships, advocacy, business development, product marketing, and comms . Understand media relations strategies . Able to establish, refine and optimize media strategies Action oriented, with continuous improvement . Prospecting Relationship Management skills Preferred achievements / characteristics: minimum of 5-8 years' experience in managerial position.
