Assisting in the execution of the enhancement of Volunteer Management System. Attending workshops (design sprint, UAT), comparing historical and current system data and providing support for data migration, training, and change management. Working closely with internal department to collate data, formulate joint strategies to create a user-friendly system for users (i.e. volunteers/caseworkers/volunteer coordinators). Providing strong admin support to the team (coordinating meetings, taking notes, filing, budget, etc).
