: * Support the development of a new volunteer centre and the volunteer processes of recruitment, training and development pathways, deployment and enrolment, retention and recognition * Support necessary evaluation and all crit : Support the development of a new volunteer centre and the volunteer processes of recruitment, training and development pathways, deployment and enrolment, retention and recognition Support necessary evaluation and all critical reporting processes under the Volunteer Centre Support Volunteer Centre in facilitating effective partnership with all stakeholders in the volunteer ecosystem Understand ground needs and triaging the appropriate volunteers to the community and other social service agencies Support in developing and strategizing operationalization plans to outreach volunteers and partners Attend to all enquiries and administration required for the Volunteer Centre, including data management, report submissions in a prompt and timely fashion Ensure all enquiries are given timely follow through and attention. e.g. screening, assessment matching and necessary orientation between volunteers and the agency they are assigned to Manage and maintain volunteer database and administrative documentations pertaining to volunteer centre Any other duties as assigned Qualifications Degree or Diploma with some experience in volunteering or volunteer engagement Proficient in Google Workspace - Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides, Google Drive TELE me at @jesswongie or WA me at NOW!
