Reports to Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Corporate Services
Develop, implement effective communication strategies to establish C3\xe2\x80\x99s profile and branding further, and evaluate them for continuous improvement using data analytics and other tools
Assist with administrative duties such as finance, billing and some HR duties
Manage and execute all communications and marketing material on traditional and social media including website, newsletters, donor letters, pitching decks for foundations, corporates and donors and so on
Create, build and maintain strategic partnerships with stakeholders, volunteers, donors, and supporters to bring in resources for the organization
Improve and implement Volunteer SOP to develop volunteer leaders and communities
Work closely with corporate and fundraising teams for fundraising and corporate events
Candidate Requirements
Technical Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a strong command of written and spoken English
Knowledge of social media, familiarity with presentation software, Microsoft Office, Adobe or other graphic and video editing software
Core Competencies:
A passionate worker who is a good team player
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred achievements/characteristics:
Degree in Media and Communications, Mass Communications and Public Relations or related discipline
In-depth knowledge of fundraising regulations and volunteer management. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in public relations, corporate communications and/or volunteer management roles
