Community Relations Executive
Job Description
What the role is:The Community Relations Executive supports the department\'s smooth operation. He/she will work closely with and support the various branches in executing their tasks and delivering the intended outcomes.What you will be working on:The candidate\'s key job duties are: \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle budgetary tracking and procurement matters \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide admin and logistical support for the branch operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Update materials on PUB digital platforms (e.g. website) \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support in engagement efforts of PUB\'s partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Track department\'s training records \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in other duties to support the department\'s daily operations as assignedWhat we are looking for:
- Diploma in communications or related fields \xe2\x80\xa2 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and writing skills (a good command of English is essential while working knowledge of the mother tongue is preferred) \xe2\x80\xa2 IT-savvy and highly conversant in office software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently with minimal supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to multi task and manage and manage project timelines \xe2\x80\xa2Meticulous with an eye for details
