Community Relations Executive
Job Description
What the role is:The Community Relations Executive supports the department's smooth operation. He/she will work closely with and support the various branches in executing their tasks and delivering the intended outcomes.What you will be working on:The candidate's key job duties are: Handle budgetary tracking and procurement matters Provide admin and logistical support for the branch operations Update materials on PUB digital platforms (e.g. website) Provide support in engagement efforts of PUB's partners Track department's training records Assist in other duties to support the department's daily operations as assignedWhat we are looking for:
- Diploma in communications or related fields 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience Excellent communication and writing skills (a good command of English is essential while working knowledge of the mother tongue is preferred) IT-savvy and highly conversant in office software such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Able to work independently with minimal supervision Able to multi task and manage and manage project timelines Meticulous with an eye for details
