What the role is:Community Relations Manager (Community Partnerships Department)What you will be working on:The Community Partnerships Department of HDB\'s Community Relations Group is seeking a Community Relations Manager who has the passion to engage the heartland community to promote understanding of HDB\'s policies and programmes and strengthen community ties and bonds. The manager\'s job responsibilities include: Programming and Marketing \xe2\x80\xa2 Strategise, direct, and execute innovative multi-audience integrated programmes and initiatives to meet HDB\'s objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the delivery of campaign plans, including deploying resources, integrating solutions, and implementation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop robust digital, social media and content strategy that supports the HDB brand\'s strategic direction and can reach out to our audiences in the most impactful and effective manner Community Relations \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualise and implement partnership strategies, outreach programmes and campaigns, including school outreach programmes and engagement initiatives to meet HDB objectives \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with stakeholders and volunteers to develop programmes and events to engage the communityWhat we are looking for:You should be: \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, including over weekends and after office hours on weekdays \xe2\x80\xa2 Digital and social media savvy \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organizational and project management skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent writing skills along with strong presentation and oral communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Highly motivated and able to deliver under tight deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Work well independently and a good team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent research, analytical, engagement and communication skills All applicants will be notified on whether they are shortlisted for the position within 4 weeks of the closing date of this job posting.About Housing and Development Board:We are Singapore\'s public housing authority and a statutory board under the Ministry of National Development.
