Job Description

We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team. As a Compensation and Benefits specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing and administering our employees' rewards, perks and benefits.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compensation and Benefits Management:

• Responsible for consultation and guidance to employees for the availment procedures of SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth benefits, etc.
• Responsible for monitoring of labor regularization updates on a regular basis.
• Responsible for calculating benefits and allowance, preparing employees' compensation and payslips.
• Coordinates with the health insurance providers to resolve issues pertaining to benefits claims in a timely manner.
• Preparation and submission of monthly remittance to the government agencies (BIR, SSS, HDMF, Philhealth).
• Perform other duties as required.

• Payroll Management

• Reviewing of payroll reports; address concerns involved in payroll; proper filing of official payroll documents.
• Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll.
• Responsible for calculating benefits and allowance, preparing employees' compensation and payslips.
• Responsible for preparing/reconciling a summary of Statutory Loans, Bank Loans,

summarize government contributions and loans.

• Prepare payroll deductions reports, PTO reports, and labor cost summaries.
• Responsible for providing accounting support for payroll transactions including review

and posting of journal entries for payroll, bonus payouts, retention payments,
commissions, payroll taxes, and other payroll items as required.

• Perform other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits
• Knowledge or experience with HMO processing
• Skilled in using Microsoft Applications
• Good communication skills
