HR Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Senior Executive (Compensation and Benefits)
SUMMARY
Our client who is a telecommunications company is currently looking for an experienced HR Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Senior Executive specialized in Compensation and Benefits to join their growing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To conduct salary benchmarking & benefits analysis exercise for internal & external equity purpose and work out salary package for local.
Managing the full spectrum of day-to-day C&B matters
To support participation in compensation and benefits surveys in close partnership with vendors and entity HRs
To assist on annual salary reviews and bonus exercise.
To provide support for global and regional projects such as job grading
To coordinate with HQ and support the expat relocation matters.
To process and review monthly payroll for all APAC entities and generate payroll reports on a monthly basis
To assist on annual performance review exercise
Work cross-functionally across the Group with the People, Legal, and Finance teams to collaborate on all global reward and compensation matters
To assist on the annual budget planning exercise by coordinating with finance, entity HRs, HQ and local management
To provide periodical reports on headcount, overtime & staff costing for financial reporting & management review
Preparation of various HR reports, MOM Surveys
Other HR, C&B projects and ad hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
At least 4 years focus on C&B with payroll experience in a fast-paced dynamic MNC environment
Hands-on experience in HR Operations will be a plus
Regional experience will be advantageous
