It includes but not limited to monthly payroll, statutory reporting, ad hoc and year-end filing individual income tax returnEnsure compliance with local tax rules and local legislations for payroll, benefits, leave and insurance administrationManage and administer HR files archiving and updatesResponsible for payroll reconciliation and cost charging in partnership with Finance and payroll outsourcing vendorSupport HR team and employee queries and communicate important payroll and benefits notifications, reminders, and changes to employeesResponsible for the budgeting cycle and process, working alongside with FinanceWork with professional service partner, responsible for global mobility process and its related activities, including tax reporting, cost charging and expenses trackingManage employee data and ensure data integrity and governance. Review documents and perform employee data entry in MyPulse, with accuracyPrepare and perform paperwork pertaining to employees\xe2\x80\x99 onboarding / exit clearanceReview and make recommendations to improve on HR operational/transactional activities to achieve efficiency and improve employee experienceWork closely with other HR members and provide excellent support to HR teams and employees at all leavesSupport learning related activities including course registration, sponsorship administration and invoicingProcess timely and accurate claims relating to insurance and benefitsMaintain accurate records of claims and ensure compliance with local policy and legislationPrepare reports and provide claims experience statistics as neededPrepare HR reports on payroll, benefits and any statutory reporting requirementsSupport and submit data for the surveys e.g. labour market surveyMaintain payroll records for submission to government bodies and statutory boardsPrepare monthly HR reports for managementWork closely with the Finance department on payroll interface and reporting.Prepare report and payroll data for auditorsPrepare payroll data for auditors for remuneration reportingPrepare and support any request on payroll, benefits data/information requestWork closely with Finance on the budget cycle and processImplement local C&B processes, policies, programs through collaboration with HR Center of ExcellenceAccountable for the operational management, implementation and continued operation of Compensation programs & projectsResponsible for the updates and communication of C&B policiesProvide reports, payroll data, payroll calculation and tax reporting to support the development and implementation of C&B initiativesHighlight and report any observed gaps, inaccuracies or potential non-compliance for C&B processes, practices and initiativesInitiate, drive, communicate and manage the local year-end increment & bonus schemes, including computation of increments and bonuses for employeesOwn the annual budget process plan and quarterly latest estimates reportingSupport and partner with HRBP on any employee service requests or operational issuesAddress and resolve employees queriesBuild relationship with HR teams, vendors, finance, and business leaders, employeesSupport any government queries or requestsWant to start as Compensation & Benefits Executive at Vopak?We are interested in learning more about you.
