Provide coordination and support (technical, operational, administrative and analytical) for Global Rewards project
Conduct research and studies in relation to C&B projects that will be assigned
Prepare compensation market analysis, including presentation, analysis and reporting for countries in Asia
Support internal salary policy analysis for countries in Asia
Provide support to C&B function on other matters as required from time to time

Qualifications

Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organise and analyse data from various sources
Good inclination on market research and data analytics
Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft office tools (Teams, Word, PowerPoint and Excel) knowledge in power BI would be advantage
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Can work well under pressure, proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow
