Job Description


The Compensation & Benefits Manager APAC is responsible for the development and implementation of the compensation and benefits structures, programs, processes and guidelines for the Asia Pacific region. The role conducts analysis of compensation and benefits programs in order to evaluate internal equity, external market competitiveness, and legal compliance of the organization\'s corporate compensation and benefits structure and practices.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Lead and participate in compensation and benefits projects
  • Conduct analysis of Compensation & Benefits structures and adapt regional and local systems according to future needs
  • Management and development of Compensation & Benefits programs
  • Support in design and rollout of new Short- & Long-Term Incentive programs, employee mobility guidelines (e.g. company car) and benefits (e.g. pension plans, insured benefits)
  • Conduct Compensation & Benefits benchmarking and derive actions to adapt compensation schemes and structures in line with global
  • Conduct job evaluation/leveling (incl. compensation proposals)
  • Ensure that the regional policies are in line with the global Total Rewards strategy
  • Monitoring of government regulations, legislation, and market trends
  • Provide guidance and training/communication material for HR Business Partners, managers and employees
  • Coordination of projects relating to re-designing and streamlining administrative processes associated with Compensation & Benefits
Qualifications & Skills:
  • University degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 5-10 years of working experience in the field of Compensation and Benefits
  • Deep knowledge on compensation systems and structures
  • Experience in benefits management
  • International working experience
  • Experience in coordinating complex projects
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Ability to work independently and effectively, plan and set priorities to accomplish required tasks
  • Intercultural skills with willingness to travel internationally
  • Fluency in English
