Position Purpose:

The Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager will be a strategic and operational partner for Talent & Excitement (HR) and the Leadership Team in the creation and management of compensation and benefits plans regionally. Entrusted with the responsibility of Total Rewards management across the Group, you will be the go-to person for C&B administration and overall program management for bonus & incentives, health, welfare, and wellness initiatives.

Reporting to the Group Head of Talent & Excitement, you will also be tasked with designing and implementing programs to attract top talent and retain valued employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with our Group\'s strategy and business goals.
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices.
  • Prepare high-level reporting.
  • Coordinate and oversee communication of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Partner with the local T&E teams in each country to ensure LUXASIA & our JVs are compliant with the manpower regulations pertaining to our compensations & benefits
  • During the 6 months contract, you will lead the performance calibration, annual salary, and promotion review cycle to ensure that overall recommendation is within guidelines, budget, and deadline. This requires close collaboration with Talent Business Partners, Country T&E leads, and Country and Functional Leadership teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent with at least 8 years of experience in leading the development and implementation of regional Total Rewards programs and initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and numerically strong, eg. keen attention to detail and highly organized are imperative as this role will juggle multiple projects and handle sensitive data and information on a daily basis. Responsibilities and projects will be varied, anywhere from administrative to highly analytical in nature, and typically will require independent judgment and follow-through with internal and external people and across different platforms.
  • Great verbal and written communicator; ability to communicate cross-functionally with employees and senior executives, as well as external vendors. Also comfortable presenting programs and explaining complex policies and guidelines.
  • Strong ethics and discretion; they must be stewards of ethics and have the credibility and integrity to maintain confidential, sensitive company and employee information at all times.
  • Self-starter; has a positive \'get it done\' attitude and approach to the job. Comfortable taking ownership and resolving challenging situations with good judgment and knows when to appropriately escalate matters.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities and assignments, quickly adapt to unfamiliar tasks and navigate ambiguity in tasks in a fast-paced environment and complex matrix reporting environment.
  • Experience with SAP and/or BIPO is a plus.
