We are delighted to be collaborating with a Retail conglomerate to appoint their Total Rewards Manager for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. As among the leading bulwarks of the industry, the client offers a highly comprehensive catalogue of products that has allowed them to cement their market presence. With sales revenue figures exceeding USD60billion in the last Financial Year (2022), it is unsurprising that they have footprints worldwide and saw strong performance across all regions. Owing to such success, the client remains optimistic about strengthening their portfolio in 2023 and is thus looking to grow their Total Rewards team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role based in Singapore.

Reporting into the Regional Rewards Director based in Singapore, the Total Rewards Manager will provide year-round consultation for compensation and benefits related processes, systems and/or projects for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The role comprises both strategic and operational elements; former includes partnering both business and HR on incentives and salary reviews, developing proposals for new hires among others, while latter pertains to the implementation and management of such plans across countries. Aside from the aforementioned business-as-usual activities, s/he will lead Rewards projects (e.g. change management) in consultation with colleagues sitting under the global team. Internal communications likewise form another key cornerstone of the Total Rewards Manager\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio, with any changes accurately and timely conveyed to employees and managers.

We are looking for a proven HR individual with strong Total Rewards experience, specifically within the arenas of compensation management and benefits improvements, ideally from complex, multinational corporations. You should bring with you knowledge of best practices for both the design and execution ends of the Rewards spectrum. You possess a consultative and engaging personality, as the role requires extensive stakeholder engagements across functions and seniority.
