About the role:

  • Define fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits packages that fit and is aligned to Jenga\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and business goals while retaining top talent;
  • Develop a consistent compensation philosophy in line with work culture and organisational objectives;
  • Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation;
  • Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations;
  • Assess employees needs by conducting organisational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees;
  • Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications;
  • Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits and ensure Jenga is competitively positioned;
  • Deploy effective communication strategies and success metrics;
  • Conduct ongoing research into emerging trends, issues and best practices;
  • Conduct periodic audits and prepare reports;

You should have:
  • Education in human resources, business administration or finance;
  • Proven working experience in Compensation and Benefits;
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management;
  • Adequate knowledge of current labour rules and regulations;
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
  • Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently, to take initiative and to overcome obstacles;
  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives;
  • High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced and frequently changing environment;
  • Strong service orientation in responding to customer needs;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (both in English and Chinese to better manage the clients);
