Draft , vet facility letter, agreement and security documents
Instruct and liaise with the Bank's external solicitors on various matters including non standard form facility and security documents, redemption, etc.
Review & check loan documentation to ensure credit terms comply with credit approvals and term sheets. ? Ensure all conditions precedent are met before disbursement.
Review and ensure that all the responsibilities and operational aspects of agency roles are appropriately incorporated into the facility and security agreements when CIMB acts as Facility and/or Security Agent roles.
Follow up with relationship managers / legal counsels / operations department on outstanding documentations / conditions subsequent.
Monitor and ensure receipt of insurance cover for collaterals held by the Bank. Work closely with Support Team to ensure timely renewal of insurance policies.
Safekeeping of security documents
Trouble shooting for team mates
Take on work related projects when required.
