Draft, vet facility letter, agreement and security documents
Instruct and liaise with the Bank\'s external solicitors on various matters including non-standard form facility and security documents, redemption, etc.
Review & check loan documentation to ensure credit terms comply with credit approvals and term sheets
Ensure all conditions precedent are met before disbursement
Follow up with relationship managers / legal counsels / operations department on outstanding documentations / conditions subsequent
Monitor and ensure receipt of insurance cover for collaterals held by the Bank and timely renewal of insurance policies
Safekeeping of security documents & trouble shooting for team mates
Take on projects & ad-hoc tasks as & when assigned
Requirements:
Min. Degree/ Diploma holder with at least 2 years of working experience
Possess analytic skills and is meticulous and able to work independently and team
Possess good interpersonal, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
Preferred to have worked in banking or FI previously
Successful candidate will be offered a 1 year contract with the bank.
