1. Arrange the review and update the Policies and Procedures of the department. Formulate and update the rules and operation procedures related to compliance and internal control. 2. Lead the authorization management, file management, cooperative agency management and Business Continuity Management. 3. Responsible for Operational Risk Management of department and sub-branches. 4. Conduct the first line compliance and internal control inspection, compliance review/ regular assessment on various product and service. 5. Coordinate internal and external audit and follow up with the audit rectification requirements. 6. Undertake Ad-hoc compliance projects/ other tasks assigned.
Requirements 1. A recognized University Degree in Business, Accountancy, Legal or Banking and Finance etc.
2. At least 2 years of Compliance/ Internal Control or relevant experience in the banking sector.
3. Good understanding the regulatory requirements of retails banking business.
4. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. 5. Communicate effectively and efficiently with relevant internal and/or external parties. 6. Independent, resourceful, meticulous, good interpersonal relationship skills and able to work under pressure.
