We are looking for a Compliance Manager with an eye for detail but able to work efficiently, accurately and as carry out other regulatory reporting tasks. Responsibilities: Provision of compliance advisory to support the business Supporting and leading the implementation of regulatory changes Reviewing company's policies and procedures and carrying out compliance monitoring Reviewing risk framework as required, whilst taking a commercial and practical approach to risk-based challenges and offer appropriate solutions Supporting/Conducting internal reviews and audits Ensuring reporting requirements from MAS are done accurately and in a timely manner in supporting the regulatory compliance and make regulatory SGX filings Assisting in the application process for the appointment of new directors to the Board Act as the main liaison officer between MAS, SGX, Trustees, and Company Secretary Any other duties assigned by the CEO and the Board Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience and above Degree holder in relevant studies Knowledge of SFA and SGX regulations Preferably with relevant experience in the Real Estate Investment Management industry
