Together with our professional team of advisors, you will be handling compliance work which may cover varied industries including Financial Institutions. Capital Governance provide a comprehensive range of Governance, Risk Management and compliance (GRC) solutions aimed at assisting our clients in enhancing their overall GRC capabilities. You will play an integral role as member of the team that will provide support in project delivery such as in compliance resource support. Jobscope include: Project delivery i.e compliance resource and general audit Facilitate and perform compliance audit fieldwork and review Draft recommendations to improve policies, procedures and processes Develop client advisory report Develop and deliver client training Requirements: Degree in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or related discipline ICA Diploma in Compliance / AML or ACAMS certification or similar would be an added advantage Experience in compliance audit in Singapore, especially in banks or capital market services licensees would be an advantage Knowledge of Singapore financial regulations such as Banking Act/Financial Advisers Act/Securities and Futures Act Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services (CMFAS) Examinations passes (Modules M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, M9A) Excellent interpersonal, English communication and writing skills We offer excellent opportunities for those interested in this challenging role where you will be expected to contribute positively to ongoing projects.
