Prime Asia Asset Management is a Singapore-based Multi-Family Office Company that holds a Capital Market Services (CMS) licence issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to conduct regulated activities in Fund Management under the Singapore Securities & Futures Act and Financial Advisors Act. We are currently looking for a Compliance Officer to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementing of the Company’s compliance strategy
• Ensure company’s business comply with established policy, procedures and regulations.
• Conduct regular compliance reviews to identify potential inefficiency and non-compliance situations.
• Communicate, educate and respond to internal queries to assist internal stakeholders and staff to comply with internal processes, policy, procedures, and regulations.
• Take action in dealing with non-compliance situation, recommending realistic solutions or plan to overcome them.
• Review (a) marketing literature to be issued to external party; (b) staff’s personal account dealing requests; and (c) customer complaints.
• Keep pace with regulatory changes, perform a gap analysis on new regulations and undertake an assessment of the relevant changes against current policy and procedures.
• Ad hoc duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years' direct experience in Asset Management industry, law firms or compliance consulting firms with sound knowledge of current regulatory environment and familiar with MAS rules/regulations;
• Preferably in Law, Finance, Accounting, or relevant disciplines and/or equivalent practical experience;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Self-motivated and responsible.
