This is where you’ll shine:

  • Provide legal opinion on regulatory compliances for an IT Enterprise/BPO Enterprise.
  • In charge in processing of PEZA application and permits, such as farm-in, farm-out, intrazone transfer, disposal of equipment, annual permit to operate, and other permits as needed.
  • In charge in the preparation and submission of PEZA reportorial requirements (EZMPR, TIMTA, and other reports).
  • Implement PEZA compliance process and documentary requirements, including deadlines.
  • Assist in the company’s importation in compliance with PEZA and BOC.
  • In charge in processing of business permit renewal to LGUs.
  • In charge of renewal of FSIC to both LGU and PEZA.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of SEC reportorial requirements (AFS, GFFS, GIS, and other reports).
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of BIR reports and returns.
  • In charge for a special project that the company will venture (e.g. Expansion)
  • Liaison officer for Alabang site to BGC site, and vice versa.
  • Assist in BIR Audits
  • Assist in submission of SSS/HDMF loan application, and SSS benefits claims.
  • Facilitate the application of VAT refund
  • In charge in accounting and reportorial requirements for a representative office.
  • Keep abreast in the recent BIR and PEZA rulings, issuances, and memorandum.
  • Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals.
  • Other ad hoc tasks.



What you’ll bring in:
  • At least 3 years of extensive knowledge and experience with regulatory reporting and compliance, specific to the following government agencies:
    • Philippine Economic Zone Authority (BIR)
    • Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
    • Security and Exchange Commission (SEC)
    • Bureau of Custom (BOC)
    • And other government regulatory agencies
  • BS Accountancy, BS Business Administration, Holder of BS/BA in law. Relevant experience may suffice
  • Integrity and professional ethics
