Manage Compliance function. Risk assessment. Develop, maintain and monitor co. policies (AML, Gift and Hospitality, whistle-blowing, third party agent, IT Policy etc.) and work with accounting/operation to implement. Advise, review and approve DD/KYC procedures for new transactions and on-going review. Periodic reporting to head office, KYC by external party, SOX audit or other adhoc compliance matter.
