Disposition of transaction monitoring and trade surveillance alerts. Escalate any unusual activities or AML red flags for necessary action. Provide support to review and update in-house compliance policies and work procedures with reference to the statutory requirements of different regulatory authorities. Assist in keeping track of key regulatory changes and notify relevant business divisions. Ensure the enforcement of compliance policy and procedures after the implementation of compliance requirement for various business divisions. Coordinate audit and regulatory examinations. Provide advisory to business units on product advertisements in accordance with SFA standard. Take on compliance projects as may be required. Skills required: Degree or above with major in Finance, Accounting, Law or related disciplines. At least 2 years' working experience in the financial service industry. Candidate from MAS/top-tier brokerage company will be advantageous. Candidate with experience in KYC/CDD, AML, compliance role will be preferred. Knowledgeable in SFA & FAA regulations. Strong communication and presentation skills to speak with various departments. Proficient in English and Chinese. Required to work with Chinese documents and communicate with our overseas colleagues in Mandarin.
