Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team at ICAM. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company is in compliance with all regulations and guidelines set by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). This will include matters relating to onboarding clients, undertaking compliance audits, submitting surveys, and ensuring ongoing compliance with MAS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the company is in compliance with all regulations and guidelines set by MAS.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Provide training to staff on compliance matters.
• Onboard new clients and ensure that all relevant documentation is obtained and recorded in accordance with MAS requirements.
• Submit surveys and other compliance-related reporting to MAS in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and report on any compliance breaches or issues.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on compliance matters.
• Stay up to date with regulatory changes and development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in finance, business, Law or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the compliance function, past relevant experience in a the fund management preferred.
• Knowledge of MAS regulations and guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skill
