Job Description

  • Ensures the company's compliance with governmental/regulatory agencies and with the terms and conditions of contracts with the company's banks, investors, and other third parties.
  • Handles all compliance-related issues and requirements on KYC as to consumers (individual and corporate) and merchant partners.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
  • Facilitates and monitors the implementation of effective risk management practices and assist in defining and moderating the risk exposure.
  • Provides audit information to management by researching, data analysis, and preparing reports. Provides compliance audit data, supports departments, provides administrative support, and complies with the Philippines national and LGU requirements.
  • Works with external auditors and examiners during regulatory compliance examinations. Subsequently coordinates queries, findings, and recommendations with concerned departments.
  • In charge with training employees and instituting practices that will ensure the highest possible level of compliance.
  • Develop and manage all details of the compliance management program, which include planning, organizing, and controlling the daily operational activities.
  • Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
  • Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed.
  • Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
  • Advise management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports
Qualifications:
  • At least (2) two years' experience doing regulatory compliance in a bank or similar financial services company
  • Deep compliance knowledge on AMLC regulations and reporting guidelines, BSP issuances, and preferably with AMLA Training Certification
  • Experience in dealing with regulators and management / other officers
  • Required Skill(s): Database Management Policy writing/ Technical writing, Knowledge of Applicable Government Regulations.
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines/cut-off
  • Integrity and professional ethics
  • Graduate of BS or BA in law, finance, banking, business administration, Accountancy, or a related field.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
Job Type: Full-timeSalary: From Php45,000.00 per monthSchedule:
