Experience in building and managing a team will be essential. You will need Candidate should preferably possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity with medical society secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management, call for papers, database management Day-to-day project planning functions, including but not confined to overseeing elements such as website development, attendee management and budget management Coordinate and work with the project team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements among stakeholders, service providers, venue managers and attendees Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to details while multi-tasking To be able to work on holidays and weekends when required (off-in-lieu to make up for after office hours worked) To travel on short notice
