About Our Client
Our client is a prominent player in the agricultural sector, specializing in the cultivation, production and export of tropical fruits and vegetables. - Conduct reviews of subsidiary accounts and prepare Group Consolidation packages
- Present Group Consolidation packages to Management
- Assist in reviewing internal controls across business units
- Review business agreements and maintain document retention
- Support Group and Regional Finance Controller in handling local and regional tax matters
- Provide tax support and input on various business operations, including new businesses and supply chain models
- Collaborate with tax agent on tax planning issues
- Monitor the Transfer Pricing status of the Group and offers management insights on Profit and Loss impact by company and by country
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations
- Offer advice and support to local tax teams when required
- Assist with corporate secretarial work and liaise with corporate secretary when needed
- Other ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in accountancy and be a certified Chartered Accountant of Singapore, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in full set of accounting. We are looking for candidates who are driven, tenacious and resourceful with excellent organizational skills. You should also be a good team player, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. A positive attitude, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor are crucial attributes. Additionally, you should be open to travel and willing to join an organization that fosters skill development and continuous learning.
